Fine Piece Bakes, a locally based family business, crafts mouth-watering cakes, biscuits, traybakes, meringues, curd and dessert sauces. All our bakes, curd and sauces are handmade and produced in small batches in our Inverurie kitchen.
As well as a monthly stall at the Farmers’ Markets at Huntly and Inverurie, we supply local delis and cafes. Our cakes and bakes are lovingly handmade using high quality, local and natural ingredients. In season we source berries and fruits locally for our seasonal cakes range and for the jams used in our baking. Our meringues are made with local free range eggs, natural flavours and colours.
Taste of Grampian sees the launch of our dessert sauces and amazing lemon curd. Made with the finest Milk and Dark Belgium Chocolate, our Chocolate Fudge dessert sauce can be eaten hot or cold on desserts, ice cream, or toast. Our Salted Caramel Sauce is our own recipe caramel softened with double cream, butter and Maldon Sea Salt and is perfect for drizzling over ice cream, brownies or pancakes. Lastly our Lemon Curd is a zesty, creamy curd handmade using Aberdeenshire free range eggs, butter and lots of lemons.
