Sandy and Sarah have been making Sarah Gray’s for over 5 years we are based at their family farm in Angus, surrounded by fruit growers where they source their strawberries, raspberries, and rhubarb.
The range consists of jams, marmalade’s, jellies, curds and chutneys. These are made in specially made jam boilers to ensure the flavour isn’t lost through boiling, then it is hand jarred and hand labelled, so you see the odd label slight of edge!
Sarah’s lemon Curd has started to become a firm favourite with customers with its creamy texture and a real lemon zing!
Their factory is based at the family farm shop at Milton Haugh, and produces over 40,000 jars a year, and they will be looking to expand over the next two - three years to accommodate the growing production.
