The Allingham family started growing garlic at Craggie Farm in 2000 and since then have developed a range of delicious garlicky goodies made with their home grown garlic. The unique variety of garlic grown is known for its large juicy cloves and delicious sweet flavour that doesn't have any bitter aftertaste.
Runner-up in 2018 Scottish Rural Awards Artisan Food Category, they are proud of the reputation they have developed for their range of high quality delicious garlicky products. Products include, garlic butter, Aioli, garlic ciabatta, garlic oatcakes and a range of garlicky pickles and preserves.
