Executive chef Kevin Dalgleish heads up The Chester Hotel’s vibrant fine dining restaurant in Aberdeen. Classically trained at The Savoy in London and triple AA Rosette-awarded, Kevin comes with over 20 years’ experience as a chef and restaurant consultant. At this year’s Taste of Grampian, Kevin will be demonstrating how to cook a range of delicious Scotch Beef PGI recipes in the Outdoor arena and the Seafood area.
